We’ll rapidly respond to all general questions and forward right away the case to our server administrators in case any further assistance is needed. If you take advantage of the Optional Admin Services package, we’ll execute any of the included server management tasks at a time that has been discussed with you earlier.
A First–Rate Customer Service
Our tech support staff will be at your disposal twenty–four–seven if you require help working with our Control Panel or with any of the applications that we pre–install for your convenience on the dedicated server. And if you require assistance with all the routine admin tasks on your dedicated hosting server, you can have a glance at the Optional Admin Services package, which includes backup hard drive storage space, weekly Operating System updates, problem troubleshooting and installation services, server monitoring and restarting procedures, etc.

Each dedicated server comes with our free–of–charge Control Panel, which offers a fully detailed knowledge base plus a selection of instructional video tutorials. Whenever you need help with the Control Panel, just click on the Videos or Help buttons in the top right corner.
